There is enough natural light and fresh air coming into the rooms. the hotel has a great fitness center with modern equipment, and the common spaces are clean and well-maintained.

The language used by the staff needs to be improved for a better experience.

The hotel did offer some useful amenities during our stay, such as clean towels and sheets daily. the hotel is situated near several restaurants and shops, making it more convenient to explore the city. We also appreciated the comfortable bedding that provided us with a good night's sleep.

The hotel may have a couple of good things, like the free Wi-Fi, which is fast, and the rooftop terrace, that has great views of the city. the location is quite central, making it easy to reach the sights, with plenty of public transport options in the immediate area.

The service was terrible, and the staff were incredibly rude, especially at the front desk. They refused to help me, with a bad attitude, and demanded the payment upfront, even though they said it could be made upon check-out.
